Luggage
Please bring soft luggage, so it can be stowed away. Hard cases can not easily be stowed on
a yacht.
Deck shoes
Our teak decks are non-slip and very safe, however if your feet are more accustomed to being
in socks and shoes, you may find them a little hot. We recommend you bring soft soled non-marking footware: deck shoes, trainers,
or crocs are ideal.
Clothing
T-Shirts, shorts, and swimwear are all you need pack, plus casual clothing if you are having dinner ashore. There
may be occasional rain showers, but they rarely last long.
Sunscreen
Not only is the tropical sun hot, the UV reflection from the water can burn too. We recommend
you bring a high factor sunscreen to commence with, preferably not oil or aloe vera based as they can stain our upholstery.
Seasickness
If you think you may be likely to suffer from motion sickness, we recommend Stugeron tablets. You could also try
a motion sickness wristband, or ginger capsules, which have a natural settling effect on the stomach.
Drinking water
We provide bottled drinking water. Keeping hydrated in the tropics is important.
Electricity
We have 220V/50Hz AC outlets,
with US/UK/EU adaptors, and 12V DC sockets to charge phones, iPods, and other small appliances.
Linen
and towels
We provide quality bed
linen which is changed midweek. Hand, bath and beach towels are all provided for your individual use.
Passports
All
guests require valid passports. Some may require visas, please check prior to departing.
Cell phones and internet
Most
places we go have cellular phone coverage, and we can connect to the internet at EDGE speeds, typically 100kbps, adequate
for sending and receiving emails.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted on deck, but not down below thank you.
