TERMS

 

Once we confirm availability, a charter contract will be emailed to you. To secure your reservation, please return the completed contract within 7 days, together with a 50% deposit by wire transfer. The balance of the charter fee is due 45 days prior to the charter commencing. A preference sheet will be emailed to you to enable us to tailor your charter to your preferences.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If we have to cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances, due to health or weather, we will offer you an alternative charter of equal standing, or if you so wish, refund your payment in full.

If you cancel more than 45 days prior to the charter commencement we will retain 25% of the charter fee; thereafter the full charter fee is non-returnable.

Special conditions apply to charters during the hurricane season: June 15th to November 30th.

 

INSURANCE

We advise you to obtain travel insurance for your protection in case of any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of your charter.

 


WHAT'S INCLUDED

 

Exclusive use of the yacht, tender, and all equipment.

Skipper and chef.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner aboard.

Use of kayaks, snorkeling, and other water-sports equipment.

Fuel, gas, electricity, soft drinks.

Lots of fun......

 

WHAT'S NOT

 

Flights and transfers.

Mooring fees and dockage at Guests request.

Departure taxes, and any other tourist taxes or permits that may be levied.

Bar, charged at cost.

Dining ashore or any shore excursions.

Scuba diving which can be arranged with local operators.

Personal travel insurance.

Crew gratuity, 10-15% is customary according to the fun you have had, and is always appreciated.
